I'm calling out to any artist who has been through the "starving artist" stage and understands the struggle. My little brother and sister have been stuck in an unfortunate and tight situation. My mother didn't bother to do what she could have to ensure a stable way into college for the younger two (who have been dreaming of going to Fullsail University in Orlando). They have already applied and received many loans, grants, and scholarships for their 7 semesters.
